My name is Kingsley Ebenezer. I’m a Nigerian, and this is my true life story.

A few years ago, I hit a really low point. I won’t bore you with the sad details. But the truth is… I was failing to perform as a husband.

I was tired all the time.

My energy was low. And to be honest… I was having a hard time keeping up with my wife.

I only have one wife. And yet, I was struggling to handle the demands of our marriage.

It was embarrassing.

I felt like I was losing my edge. I felt like I was getting “old” way too fast.

Then, everything changed when I relocated with my family to Tanzania, due to my business work.

Here in Tanzania, I noticed something entirely different.

The culture here is extremely polygamous. It’s happening right next door.

It’s normal to find one man responsible for a massive family.

In these villages, I saw men my age—and even older—who were living a completely different life.

I met a man named Musa. He had 10 wives. And 98 children.

I met another man, Kapinga. He had 16 wives.

I looked at these men, and I looked at myself.

I was struggling to handle the demands of one woman. These men were handling the demands of ten. Year after year. Without complaining.

I had to know the truth. So I asked them: “How? What are you doing that I am not?”

I expected them to tell me it was genetics. Or maybe they had a secret exercise. They just laughed.

One of the elders reached into a bag and handed me a raw, dusty root.

“We don’t use pills,” he said. “We use the earth. We use fuel.”

They called it Mukombero.

They told me it’s the tool every man in the village uses. 

It’s what wakes up their blood. It’s what gives them the “backup battery” to keep going when a normal man would quit.

I was skeptical. But I was also desperate. So, I tried it.

I will never forget that day.

Within a short time, I felt a shift.

It wasn’t a “jittery” feeling like coffee. It was a deep, physical surge. It felt like my blood was finally flowing the way it was supposed to.

My energy came back. My confidence came back. I didn’t feel “old” anymore. I felt unstoppable.

I knew I couldn’t leave this secret in Tanzania.

I knew there were thousands of men back home feeling exactly how I used to feel.

So, I brought the secret back.
